Who are you? We are a family run, local business based just outside Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire with a growing reputation for service and quality.

Do you use sales people? No. Your initial visit from us is most likely to be from the owner of the business, if not another member of our installation team.

Will you hassle me to make a decision? Never! We do not use sales people and we never pressurise anyone into choosing us for their double glazing. If you contact us for a quotation we will come and discuss your requirements and measure up. We will then e mail a quotation to you and give you a quick call to check that you have received it safely (we sometimes have problems with our quotes going into Spam folders!) Once we know you have your quote we leave it with you. We won’t chase, or hassle, or follow up. We assume that if you have any questions or would like to go ahead you will contact us.

Do you offer discounts or ‘Buy one get one free’ offers? No, we believe in offering a fair and competitive price and do not offer gimmicky discounts. Our best price will be the first one we give you.

What’s involved? If you choose to accept our quotation, we will ask you to confirm in writing. We will then come and carry out a full survey to obtain exact measurements and finalise any details. We will let you know when we can install your new windows/doors and ask you to sign off final designs.  On the day of installation our fitters will arrive at a pre-arranged time. llation team.

When do we pay? When your installation is complete and you are 100% happy, we don’t take deposits.

How do we pay? We can accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or cash.

Do you offer any kind of Guarantee? Yes, all new installations have a 10 year guarantee.

What if you are no longer in business and I have a problem with my windows? We expect to be here for many years to come! However, all our installations are covered by an Insurance Backed Guarantee. This means that if we were to go out of business your installation would still be covered and the cost of repair/replacement by another firm.

How long does it all take? This will depend on the size of your installation and our workload at the time – if you are in a particular hurry please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How disruptive will the work be? There is no question that changing windows and doors is a major job, however we work hard to ensure that disruption to your day to day life is kept to a minimum. We take extra care to ensure that we clear up thoroughly at the end of each day – essentially, we respect your home and treat it the way we treat our own homes.

Why do you trim the windows inside and out? We trim all our installations inside and out because we believe it gives a better finish. It also helps to seal the window/door to the brickwork improving insulation. It takes a little time, and it’s not something that all double glazing companies offer, but we pride ourselves on our high standards of workmanship.

I am looking for energy efficient A rated windows, can you supply these? Yes, we fit A rated windows as standard.

Do you do repairs? Yes, we do. We can also offer advice on how best to maintain your windows to prevent repairs being needed.
