Seldom am I able to write to a company to thank them for a truly excellent service. From the very moment I contacted your office and Kerri answered the phone I was introduced to a most helpful and exceptionally efficient lady and within a few minutes, provided me with all details of your business which provided me with great confidence.

You kindly visited my house, measured all the windows and doors and in no time at all Kerri forwarded me a rough lay out of the plans together with estimate of costs. These were entirely satisfactory to me and I wanted to proceed but as you know, unfortunately I had to seek the approval of the National Trust as they hold a covenant on the exterior of the house. This entailed a long procedure of completing an application with photo's of each window and doors. Due to non-availability of the sole person responsible for approving covenants this took over 6 weeks to obtain approval.

Through out this long period Kerri fully understood the problem and your company stood by until approval was granted and I paid the deposit. You very quickly returned to my house and accurately measured the window and door frames to forward to the manufacturers. Due to the lateness of this order in the year I was asked by Kerri if I would not mind delaying the start of fitting until the second week in January 2024.

I fully appreciated that the festive season was due and your team needed a break. Again, Kerri kept me fully in the picture. As planned, on Monday 8 January and despite the very cold weather forecast you, Scott and Brandon arrived at my house on time and immediately set to work in a most impressive manner. Your team worked solidly through out the day, in the freezing cold right up to end of day with hardly any let-up. It really was most impressive as you directed Scott and Brandon to their tasks and what good workers all 3 of you were. The days followed and with no let-up windows and doors were replaced with the new UPVC frames.

You, Scott and Brandon were exceptionally polite and friendly. Nothing was too much and I was most impressed by the way you left each room in a tidy state but also kindly removed and refitted curtains and roller-blinds all to my entire satisfaction-an outstanding service.

I have looked closely at the workmanship or your teams' efforts and have been highly impressed by the exceptional standard. Without exception, every window and door has been fitted perfectly and all the surrounds of the frames have been expertly filled. The house windows and doors look exactly as the original and more than meets the National Trust covenant.

You more than matched the estimate time scale you set to complete the task through the hard work and skill of the whole team. Never have I witnessed a company Boss, who after completion of the task spent extra time on inspecting the work to ensure all the replacement windows and doors were of the highest standard. Thank you for this attention to detail.

Please convey our great appreciation to Kerri, Scott, Brandon and foremost your self for the outstanding service and sheer professionalism despite the freezing weather and strong winds.
